Coronavirus (COVID-19) Health and Safety Precautions.

Keep In Touch continues to be committed to the health and well-being of all of our clients and our staff. We have always followed procedures that ensure a sanitary and safe environment, but since the outbreak of this pandemic, we have added some extra measures aligned with guidelines put forth by public health officials.

We continue to take extra steps to be sure you will have the great experience you’ve come to expect from us and will need you to take some additional precautions when you arrive for your appointment.

These are the procedures we are taking to keep us all healthy:

  •   There will be a break scheduled between every appointment to allow us to properly disinfect the rooms, including all touch points in the massage and fitness rooms and common areas.  All doorknobs, handles, faucets, and credit card terminals will be cleaned between each client. We have added air purifiers in each room to clean and filter the air; they are whisper quiet and will not disturb your relaxation experience. 

  •   All disinfectants used meet the EPA’s criteria for use against 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, including SARS-Co-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

  • All staff will be wearing face masks in all areas of our suite and during the massage session.

  • Vigorous hand washing, as always, will continue to be a top priority.  We will be happy to wear gloves during certain interactions if it is the client’s preference.

  • All linens, including blankets, are only used once and then laundered and sanitized in accordance with OSHA standards.

Additional precautions all of our clients will need to take:

  • If you have tested positive for COVID or FLU or have been asked to self-isolate or quarantine over the last 7 days, we cannot provide you with any service until that period is over. We will be happy to schedule an appointment for you one week into the future or beyond.

  • We are a healthcare facility and ask that clients continue to wear a face mask when entering our suite. We recommend you wear a mask as soon as you enter the building, especially in the elevator and stairwells. This is to protect our clients who are immune suppressed, pregnant, nursing, with small children at home who aren’t eligible for the vaccine, and those who have been unable to secure a vaccine as yet.

  • We require all clients to wash their hands before and after the session. Hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes will also be available for your use throughout the office and restroom.

Once you are in the session, your main priority is to relax!! We will diligently work to provide you with the best session possible while safeguarding your health and safety. We truly are in this together, and by continuing to take all the proper precautions we can lower the risk of infection and protect one another.
